For those who might appreciate a little historic flavor, the building could be attractive, even intriguing with a little sprucing up. Actually, the seller lived there until recently. There is probably an old septic system that could still be working if it has access to water. Water used to be available to the home from a city-maintained spring up the road. It served some of the housing in that area for a long time. This source is no longer viable due to broken pipes that will not be replaced. There is large field on the other side of Elihu Rd, which is also a part of the property. This property can be used for whatever purpose you have in mind. We think there is a pump there that used to pull the water in from the spring. As the listing is new, we are still working to discover features of the property, including whether a well was installed near the pump in the field after the pipes from the spring were broken. A really good thing you might want to know is that the Clinch School K-12 is very highly regarded by everyone I've spoken to. It is one of the first things people mention when I refer to any area in its school district. Also, you might care to know there is a single, solitary burial with a very respectable headstone on the property near the barn.
