Seller says there is an old septic system on the property that is hooked up to the mobile home, we could not locate the documents online to verify the septic and they do not know exactly where the septic tank and field line are located. The property has no restrictions, however the Roane County Zoning office says only a doublewide or site built home would be allowed.
