From Gatlinburg turn RIGHT onto Beech Branch Rd (1st turn once you come out of the Tunnel) Go approx 1.2 miles and Turn right onto Jess Field Rd. Go 600 Ft and take a sharp LEFT onto Old New Ground Rd. In 800 ft Turn Left and in 300 ft see Sign on the Left.

- Peace abounds in Gatlinburg's only 'Authentic Log Cabin Community'. You feel like you are going back in time but are just a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or the 'Great Smoky Mountains National Park!' 807 Old New Ground Rd previously had a cabin on the property that went with the 2016 fires. It has a two bedroom septic w/ new riser and a well in place. It is accessible by all paved roads and has a paved driveway. Builder simply needs to uncover the existing septic and have it inspected by Environmental Health. To keep the amazing ambiance of the community a new build must contain at least 51% authentic old logs. However, these can be split and used as siding if using traditional building methods. At least 5 homes are currently under construction here. Barnwood Builders reconstructed several homes in the community after the fires.
